Mothers Day

There are many special days
     we have in the year,
Each and every one of them
     give us a reason to cheer.

A day of Thanks, the birth of Christ,
     we even celebrate the New Year.
We honor our heroes and Fathers,
     and people our heart holds dear.

Of all the days there are
     there is one that is best,
Were it not for our Mothers,
     we could not celebrate the rest.
